Pregnaslay (verb): (1) To embrace all the physical changes that come with pregnancy, and stay stylish despite a burgeoning belly; in fact, a bump is a beautiful accessory worn with grace and pride. (2) To be “bump-tastic”- having a fantastic bump style. The bigger the bump, the better. (3) To be a fashionista with a bump. To slay with a bump in tow.
Pregnaslayer (noun): A pregnant woman who “pregnaslays”….

At Maternity Nest, we are so inspired when we see stylish pregnant women, that we had to coin the term “Pregnaslay” to perfectly describe their style. Quite frankly, pregnancy can be such a stressful period, from morning sickness to fatigue to swelling up lie a whale…the list is endless! Then again, it is such a privilege and a blessing that begets blessings.
So go on mom, and do the pregnaslay! Be proud of your new body; swollen nose, black neck, and all. You are gorgeous like that! Style that baby bump, and send us your pictures! *Wink!
