An Instagram account known as Calorie Brands is replacing the names of popular food brands with exactly how many calories they contain. “This is how brands should look like to help you achieve your summer body goals”, read their bio.

The daily average calorie recommendation for maintaining a healthy body weight is about 2500kcal for men, and 2000kcal for women.
Isn’t it interesting that some of these foods contain more calories than we need to consume per day? We should pay more attention to what we eat if we are to lose that baby weight fast.
