In a talk she delivered at the John Rhoda Enterprise’s “Thinking big”, she shared tips on building a long-term successful business, with emphasis on the role brand integrity plays.
She explained that a brand is not the name or size of a company; but the value, equity, and experience the company delivers to its customers.
She also pointed out that a satisfied customer’s referral is much greater than a 10 million dollar advertisement budget .
