A Nigerian mom, Idowu Eyin has dropped a lot of jaws with her amazing post-baby weight loss transformation.
The UK-based mother of two, and ‘Jesus Oga Nla’ singer, shared a side-by-side picture she took with her son as a baby, and a recent one in which she is almost unrecognizable, having gone down from a whopping size 20 to a size 12.
“Same person? Yes!! Same person,” she captioned one of the photos. “Never give up on yourself, chase your dreams and one day you’ll be living it. Size 20-size 12. Still rocking my body’s been working wonders for me lately.”
How did Eyin achieve this enviable feat?
“Spinach, 2kg of water, no soda, no alcohol, no tea, coffee or chocolate drink,” are some of the diet and lifestyle changes she made for health reasons. “Staying slim in the battle against #acidreflux,” she wrote.
