“He has given me double for my shame” Nigerian woman welcomes rainbow twins, shares her testimony

A ‘rainbow baby’ is a baby born to a mother who previously lost a child due to miscarriage, stillbirth, neonatal death, or infant loss.

In the case of Nigerian woman Yerinne Etifa, she had suffered a painful stillbirth with her former pregnancy, but has now been blessed with not one, but two bouncing rainbow babies! A boy and girl named Ebimoboere and Warepamawei.

“If someone had told me this time I’d be a joyful mother of children I wouldn’t have believed,” wrote the new mom in an Instagram post.

“My God has done what no man can do for me, he has given me double for my shame, what a marvellous God!”

In other marvellous news, the twins were born on Valentine’s Day. “What better gift could I have received for Val’s Day?”, Yerinne asked.
